非常成功!謝謝分享,我整整放了三籠哈哈,沒想到會膨這麼大,因為怕一開鍋就縮皮,15分鐘後微開蓋放筷子5分鐘,三籠放了大約6-7杯米杯水,供參考!咬起來有點嚼勁,不知道是怎麼了😂但還是很很好吃,謝謝

改用200g麵粉的比例做了6顆掌心大的爆漿饅頭,攪拌時覺得太乾,水有稍微多加一點點。我用電鍋蒸的,底下放一層濕布再加一片烘焙布,內鍋上面再蓋一塊布避免水滴到饅頭上。
